We collect your personal information in order to:

bill, communicate, and fine tune our services.

measure member engagement to meet our funder reporting obligations, and, where you choose to receive it, generate a CPD hour summary for your professional development records.
Member engagement data and the CPD summary:
Engagement measurement (all members): We measure all members’ site activity (session date/time, pages viewed, time on page, and later quiz/reflection outcomes) as part of the service and to meet our funder reporting obligations. This measurement is an inherent part of the membership and cannot be opted out of.
CPD summary (your choice): From that engagement data we can produce a CPD hour summary to support your professional development. Receiving it is optional. If you do not want to receive the summary, email cpd@handyevidence.com from your membership email and we will stop sending it to you. To start again, email the same address.
Important: opting out of the summary stops only the report being sent to you. The engagement measurement continues for all members.
Sharing: This engagement data is used for funder reporting as required by our funding arrangements, and is otherwise not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
Your rights: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, subject to our legal, funding, and record-keeping obligations. To choose not to receive the CPD summary, email cpd@handyevidence.com; for access or correction requests, email info@handyevidence.com.
