My goal is to review scientific research and make it easily available for health professionals with a special interest in hand and upper limb therapy
I love research, stats, and helping clients with elbow conditions!
I work as a Hand Therapist in private practice at The Elbow Clinic (NZ) and as a Senior Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology. My PhD research focused on high intensity resistance training and blood flow restriction training for people with hand osteoarthritis. I am really interested in research and translating it into clinically relevant information to improve my clients' quality of life.
